At CrossFit Jagun Nutrition, we are Diet agnostic. You will not be advised to follow anyone diet (paleo, vegan, Mediterranean, etc.). We want you to be healthy, but we also want you to enjoy your food and feel good about what we recommend for you. We prescribe habit-based coaching over meal plans, helping you to improve your relationship with food over time to create lasting habits for long-term health.
We can coach you from any baseline and help you achieve your goals, whether that is high better health, athletic performance, or improving your physique.

Weekly Check-ins – Colin is based out of Bristol, UK, meaning all nutrition coaching is distance based. You will be able to meet for 30 minutes every week for a check-in and stay on track.
